Waking up the day after the election, many people felt a lot of emotions. Some are happy and excited about what's to come, and some are exhausted, heartbroken, and defeated. No matter how you feel about the 2024 presidential election, as a believer, it’s time to prepare.
I don’t find it a coincidence that He has led me to really pull the root of fear out of my life this year. Now I know the test is here; when the world tries to convince you it’s over, who will you choose to follow?
God is still in Control.
And He always prepares a way for His people. We are never forsaken or left behind; we are always given a way of escape (1 Corinthians 10:13).
Ephesians 2:10 MSG
7-10 Now God has us where he wants us, with all the time in this world and the next to shower grace and kindness upon us in Christ Jesus. Saving is all his idea, and all his work. All we do is trust him enough to let him do it. It’s God’s gift from start to finish! We don’t play the major role. If we did, we’d probably go around bragging that we’d done the whole thing! No, we neither make nor save ourselves. God does both the making and saving. He creates each of us by Christ Jesus to join him in the work he does, the good work he has gotten ready for us to do, work we had better be doing.
The time is now for:
Increasing your household income
Acquire assets, not liabilities
Clean house of anything you don’t need
Prepare shelf-stable food options
Build a village for community and life
Decrease social media time
Prioritize you and your family’s mental health
Prioritizing your physical body while armoring your spiritual being
Staying or becoming Bible-First
Secure your Passport
What’s Next?
With the new president being business-focused, all of the viable ideas that God has given me over the years were built for now. Building assets becomes priority number one in this journey.
Fail Fast First
No matter what you think you can or can’t do, now is the time to try. Will everything work out? No. But if you haven’t hit your goals, then you truly have nothing to lose.
Spend the next 4 years increasing your net worth rather than increasing the weight of what’s possibly to come.
I want to document how God is preparing me to move forward these next 4 years, realistically beyond, because there will always come something else that “threatens” people's livelihoods, so I am preparing now essentially for my bloodline to never deal with the lack we feel now.
For me, direction has come in getting the pieces my family needs in order:
✅ Starting the process of getting me and my son’s passport
✅ Starting the application process for my gun card
✅ Setting up my investment accounts
✅ Completing food inventory
God gave me visions and dreams of where I will be one day, and I believe and trust that they will come true with my free will.
